The Roundtable Culinary Program is a collaboration between Roundtable, Project Restore Us and the Moses Youth Center. Our programming focuses on leadership development in parallel with the development of kitchen acumen, education on budgeting and making healthy choices, and learning of job opportunities in the food industry. Our network and partnerships drive local change that uplift BIPOC populations: chefs, immigrants, students, and more.
“This is a special place because we don’t come in and dictate things, we make sure young people have a voice, and they feel a sense of ownership in anything that we do.”
— Tyrell Dortch, Executive Director, Moses Youth Center
